## Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the critical importance of understanding long-term immunity conferred by natural infection and vaccination. This bibliometric study provides a comprehensive analysis of global research trends on immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in healthcare workers (HCWs) from 2020 to 2024.EVIDENCE ACQUISITION: Utilizing the Scopus database, the study examines publication trends, key contributing countries, influential authors and institutions, and major research themes through keyword analysis.EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS: Our findings highlight the bibliometric analysis of research trends on IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 in HCWs from 2020 to 2024 providing valuable insights into the global efforts to monitor IgG antibody levels for long-term immunity. The study underscores the significance of understanding antibody dynamics for informing vaccine strategies and public health policies. By identifying key countries, journals, authors, and research themes in this field, the research sheds light on collaborative networks among researchers and institutions, emphasizing global cooperation in studying COVID-19 immunity.CONCLUSIONS: This study offers valuable perspectives on the scientific landscape of SARS-CoV-2 immunity in HCWs, contributing to a nuanced understanding of long-term immune protection and its implications for global health.
