## Abstract
The results showed a significant increase in knowledge, attitude, and practice of dengue prevention after the environmental health literacy intervention with a p value = 0.000. The average knowledge score before the intervention was 7.43, increasing to 14.33 after the intervention. For attitude, the mean score changed from 2.67 to 5.30, and practice from 4.77 to 11.13. This study confirms that continuous health education can improve community knowledge and practices in dengue prevention, which in turn can reduce the density of Aedes aegypti larvae in the market environment. Thus, these results indicate the importance of improving environmental health literacy to reduce dengue incidence in urban areas.
