The research used a completely randomized basic design, with five treatments and three replications at different levels of substitution of soybean meal with mixed microorganisms fermented raintree seed meal, namely 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. A total of 600 juvenile pacific white shrimp L. vannamei were reared for 60 days, with an initial weight of 0.08 g/fish, in an aquarium measuring 50x30x35 cm3, water volume 40 L, salinity 27 ppt, fed a dose of 10% of body weight with a frequency of four times a day at 06:00,12:00,18:00 and 21:00 WITA. The results showed that the enzyme activity of protease was 1.187, amylase 0.83, cellulase 111.57 and lipase 0.110 U/g/minute, optimal at 50% feed substitution. ## Keywords - Litopenaeus - Shrimp - Amylase - Food science - Soybean meal - Biology - Fermentation - Digestive enzyme - Meal - Fish meal - Cellulase - Lipase - Protease - Animal science - Biochemistry - Enzyme - Fishery - Ecology - Fish - Raw material --- Sumber: Discover Unhas — RIMS Universitas Hasanuddin.
