The bacteria used in this study were Salmonella Sp. In this study, synthesized AuNP used a glutamic acid blocking agent and its reducing agent, namely ascorbic acid. AuNP testing is carrieout using UV-Vis with a wavelength of 450 - 600 nm. The test method used is a colorimetric method. This method is carried out by analyzing the color change in the solution which changes the condition to red with a wavelength of ±530 nm. AuNPs with Ascorbic Acid using UV-Vis was carried out with several mole ratios and the results were test at a wavelength of 525.40 nm and absorption of 0.833 with a ratio of 1: 3.As for AuNPs with Glutamic Acid it was obtained at a concentration of 4 mM with a wavelength of 535 nm and absorbance 0.277.
