Roadmap for development of organic honey pineapple in Bantaeng regency

Abstract
Abstract Organic honey pineapple farming in Bantaeng Regency is one of the potentials that needs to be developed comprehensively from upstream to downstream. In general, there are constraints on internal factors and external factors. This study aims to design a Roadmap for the development of organic honey pineapple agribusiness in Bantaeng Regency The research method used is descriptive qualitative quantitative by giving questionnaires to organic honey pineapple farmers and in-depth interviews with key informants at the research location. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), then determining the priority strategy using the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix, nine strategies are obtained, including; increase production and product quality, increase farmer human resource capacity through education and training, optimize land use, implement a quality assurance system for fresh and processed products, facilitate the formation and development of partnership patterns, provide pineapple processing facilities, improve product appearance, utilize digital platform for product branding, product diversification, and developing an organic honey pineapple agro-tourism area. The roadmap table for the development of organic honey pineapple in Bantaeng Regency has been compiled as the final result of this research with the formulation of a work program.
