Mulu Bebe bananas are local bananas in Indonesia originating from North Maluku. The lack of readily available sources of seed sources restricts banana cultivation. Tissue culture techniques are expected to produce seeds en masse relatively quickly. The study aims to determine the effect of various concentration levels of appropriate BA growth regulators in regenerating mulu bebe banana plantlets in vitro. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Bio-Science and Plant Reproductive Biotechnology, Teaching Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely BA (0 ppm, 3.5 ppm, and 7 ppm). Further tests were carried out with the Honest Significant Difference (HSD)/ Tuckey 0.05 test.
