In this research, an eco-wall and cooling model of building has been developed to consider the outside temperature (Tout) and thermal characteristics of a building. To evaluate the electrical energy cost (EC), discrete time optimization was applied to find the minimum electrical EC for the air conditioning (AC). As a result, the electrical EC of AC can be minimized to be IDR 25,200.
