The pilot was carried out in two ponds with an area of 1,500 square meters (m2) each located in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Cultivation method used is closed system (no water exchange). The post larva Vannamei used is the PL-10 SPF. Stocking density of 40 individuals/m2. Maintenance time is two months. Vitomolts are applied to feed with a dose of 100 mL / kg of feed given according to the given schedule. pond preparation is carried out following general standard procedures such as liming and fertilizing. The results showed that the "Vitomolt Plus" can be applied to feed for intensive-scale vannamei shrimp cultivation. The Mean of Body Weight (MBW) at DOC 63 was 17.12 g following the polynomial model y = 0.272x2 - 0.2193x + 0.5426 (R² = 0.9882), Daily growth rate about 5.62%, Average of Survival Rate (SR) about 86.5%, and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) about 1.1. The results of the economic feasibility analysis show that the use of "Vitomolt Plus" is economically feasible for use in vannamei shrimp culture with a R / C ratio of 1.44 for 2 months of rearing and a R / C ratio of 2.6 for an estimated 3 months of rearing period. Before using "Vitomolt Plus", vannamei cultivation in the same place only obtained a R / C ratio of 0.99. ## Keywords - Shrimp - Stocking - Animal science - Aquaculture - Productivity - Fishery - Mathematics - Environmental science - Biology - Fish - Economics - Macroeconomics --- Sumber: Discover Unhas — RIMS Universitas Hasanuddin.
