No history of high-pitched cry and red currant jelly stool. On abdominal examination, he had only abdominal distended, increased peristaltic, and no palpable mass. Intussusception was diagnosed on X-ray abdominal and ultrasound, also operative findings revealed an Ileocolic intussusception secondary to a caecal diverticulum as a pathological lead point. Milking invagination and a diverticulectomy together were conducted. Postoperative, there was no complaint and hospital discharge on the fourth day after surgery. ## Keywords - Medicine - Intussusception (medical disorder) - Invagination - Abdominal distension - Diverticulum (mollusc) - Surgery - Vomiting - Constipation - Emergency department - Abdominal ultrasound - Psychiatry --- Sumber: Discover Unhas — RIMS Universitas Hasanuddin.
