Abstract
This study discusses the diagnosis operation of temperature reading errors in the process of wheat flour storage. Using structural analysis techniques based on detected error data and replacement, structural analysis uses grafically assiting instruments implemented to analyze the system properties. This is a unique method that can overcome the diagnostic design for the storage of wheat flour, which is very complex and nonlinear. By producing Analytical Redundancy Relation (ARR), a fault diagnosis operation is performed. Structural analysis consists of a series of constraints that model normal system behavior. It also can define constraints in deviation systems from normality and determine which errors can be detected and isolated.
