Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the financial components of a 1,000 broiler chicken business with biancaea sappan infusion supplementation. The evaluation included analysis of production costs, revenue, profits, and business feasibility indicators such as the RC ratio and BC ratio. This research is a combination of experimental and observational research. In the first phase, conducted in July 2025, the research method used a completely randomized design divided into 4 treatments, namely T0 (negative control); T1 (10% infusion); T2 (20% infusion); and T3 (40% infusion), with 4 chickens in each treatment, so that in this first stage, 16 test broiler chicken were used. The second phase of the study was conducted in August 2025 by raising 1,000 chickens, with the addition of 20% Biancaea sappan infusion (the best result in the first stage). The results of this study show that the income from a single 35-day broiler chicken rearing period was IDR 10,179,000.00. The RC ratio value is 1.21, while the BC ratio is 0.12, meaning that for every IDR 100,000.00 spent, the broiler farming business will earn a profit of IDR 21,000.00. Therefore, this business is feasible to continue.
