Abstract
The authors regret that there was an error for the affiliation of Arissara Pongsiri and Alongkot Ponlawat. This has been corrected to their affiliation at the Department of Entomology, Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (AFRIMS), Bangkok, Thailand. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
