## Abstract
Abstract Community forest is one of the sources of forest product income in the form of wood and utilization of wood waste. This study aims to analyze the potential waste and time of logging activities in community teak forests. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a source of information and consideration for community teak forest managers, forestry agencies in making a policy related to teak logging. The method used in this study is a descriptive method to describe community teak forest logging activities and a quantitative approach regarding length, diameter and volume. The data obtained were analyzed by analyzing the potential logging waste and logging time analysis. The results showed that the largest potential waste is branch waste, waste above the branch-free, stump waste and main stem waste, while the waste used as raw material for furniture is branch waste and waste above the branch-free, The time of logging activities carried out is categorized as low, while the factors causing the large potential waste and time in community teak forests are stump diameter and wood volume.
