This study aimed to examine the differences in stress and satisfaction of breastfeeding mothers in the MRJ and MMS groups.METHODS: This research design uses analytic observations with a cohort study. The total sample was 59 samples divided into two groups, namely the administration group in the form of Royal Relly Enriched Moringa Leaf capsules (MRJ) (N.=31) and the Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) control group (N.=28). Measurements used Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS 42) to measure stress and Maternal Breastfeeding Evaluation Scale (MBFES) to measure breastfeeding mothers’ satisfaction.RESULTS: The characteristics of the respondents included low-risk breastfeeding mothers (84.74%), non-working breastfeeding mothers (98.3%), less income (66.1%), and good husband support (66.1%). The results showed that the MRJ group had lower stress levels based on the mean: 0.5±1.1 compared to the MMS group mean: 1.0±1.3 with a P value of 0.048 (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the measurement of breastfeeding satisfaction showed that the mean of the MRJ group was higher based on the mean: 116.7±3.2 compared to the MMS group mean: 114.3±3.7 with a P value of 0.004 (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the group given moringa capsules enriched with royal jelly. ## Keywords - Breastfeeding - Medicine - Micronutrient - Perceived Stress Scale - Physiological stress - Significant difference - Stress (linguistics) - Anxiety - Moringa - Breast milk - Breast feeding - Mental stress - Depression (economics) - Psychological stress - Quality of life (healthcare) - Cohort - Stress measures - Fight-or-flight response - Lactation - Food frequency questionnaire --- Sumber: Discover Unhas — RIMS Universitas Hasanuddin.
