Function Point Analysis (FPA) assesses the functionality of the system, while Use Case Point (UCP) focuses on user interaction. This study integrates the two to produce more accurate estimates. The analysis was carried out on 10 systems by calculating FP and UCP, then combined using a weighted formula. The integration value is converted into a time estimate and evaluated with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The average MAPE of $\mathbf{1 2. 2 9 \%}$ shows good estimation results.
