Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is very important for the organization because various things that influence attitudes and behavior must be well understood so that their contribution to the organization can be optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and management skills on the business performance of women entrepreneurs. This research was conducted on entrepreneurial women SMEs. The type of research used is descriptive verification by literature studies and field research. The influence model will be analyzed using Path Analysis (Part Analysis). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the management abilities and business performance of women entrepreneurs. Management ability also has a significant effect on the business performance of women entrepreneurs. In the end, entrepreneurial orientation has an indirect effect on business performance through the management capabilities of women entrepreneurs. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed below.
