TiO 2 paste was spin-coated on top Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) conductive glass and calcinated at temperature of 450°C for 10 min. The chemical properties were analysis by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) indicated the presence of anthocyanin from Tectona Grandis leaves and red Crysanthemum Morifolium petal. The physical properties were analysis by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer was performed to measure the absorbance of dye solution in the visible spectrum range and X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) was used to determine the structure of TiO 2 /ITO and Dye/TiO 2 /ITO.
