Aip Conference Proceedings
Abstract
The rate of population development in Abepura has made the existence of clean water very worrying. This can lead to environmental to economic problems. One solution to this situation is water sources availability as the main factor in household and even industrial activities. Therefore, a study aimed to map groundwater in challenging rock areas in Abepura was conducted. This study uses a Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method of a line length of 250 meters. The groundwater research results in hard rock are at a depth of between 22 m to 65 m, with a resistivity value of around 22.7 Ωm to 73.4 Ωm. This value is investigated as a weathered layer or secondary porosity so that it has groundwater potential.
