Factors related to the fatigue in workers in the Cargo unit of Pt. AngkasaPura Logistic Makassar

Abstract

Fatigue showed different condition to each individual that can lead to loss of efficiency and a reduction in work capacity and endurance. In this work, the fatigue in of workers in the cargo unit of Pt. AngkasaPura Logistic Makassarwas analyzed. This work is an observational analytic with cross sectional study aimed to determine the relationship of age, energy intake, workload, and work attitude with fatigue in workers in cargo unit. The number of samples were 51 people. Questionnaire was utilized for data collection. SPSS program was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between age P = 0.004 (p <0.05), the workload of p = 0.004 (p <0.05), energy intake P = 0.004 (P <0.05) and workload of P = 0.000 (P <0.05) with fatigue workers. Based on the result of research that has been done can be concluded that there is relationship between age, workload, energy intake and work attitude with fatigue in cargo unit at the PT. AngkasaPura LogisticMakassar in 2017.
