## Abstract
Incidence of local recurrence and metastasis, and 5-year survival rate did not significantly differ between premenopausal breast cancer patients treated using a GnRH analog and those treated with BSO. Further large-scale studies to compare the efficacy and safety of both approaches are warranted.
