Human papillomavirus subtypes 6 and 11 were most frequently detected in these patients. Transmission of this virus is mainly through sexual intercourse. Condyloma acuminata is commonly found on the mucous membranes or skin of the external genitalia or in the perianal area. Current treatment modalities cannot eliminate the HPV virus, so treatment aims to improve clinical symptoms and eliminate vulvar and vaginal lesions. We report a case of vulvar and vaginal warts in a 36-year-old woman treated with electrocautery and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and found clinical improvement. ## Keywords - Trichloroacetic acid - Medicine - Human papillomavirus - Dermatology - Electrosurgery - Vagina - Genital warts - Vulva - Common warts - Mucous membrane - Surgery - Pathology - Internal medicine - Biology - Cervical cancer - Cancer - Biochemistry --- Sumber: Discover Unhas — RIMS Universitas Hasanuddin.
