Then the set of polynomials $R[x ; \sigma, \delta]$ forms a ring called skew polynomial ring with multiplication rule $x a=\sigma(a) x+\delta(a)$ for all $a \in R$, where $\sigma$ is a ring endomorphism on $R$, and $\delta$ is a $\sigma$-derivation. In this paper, we consider $R$ to be the ring of finite sequence of real numbers with termwise addition and Cauchy product as multiplication and determine its centre.
