Broiler Farming Partnerships: Assessing Service Quality and Farmer Satisfaction in Bulukumba Regency

Broilers are one of the poultry commodities that have a very fast growth rate, and high productivity especially in producing chicken meat. In a broiler partnership business, large companies provide inputs such as DOC, feed and medicine. Farmers provide cages and equipment as well as labour for raising chickens until harvest. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of partner farmers with the performance of broiler chicken partnerships at PT X and PT Y in Bulukumba Regency. This research was conducted from July to August 2024 in Bulukumba Regency. The data analysis used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) average performance level of PT. X 4.82 and PT. Y 4.71. The average level of importance is 4.97 and 4.96 with an average level of conformity of 96.90 and 95.02 respectively. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of PT X is 96.42 and PT Y is 94.18, meaning that the level of satisfaction of breeders in the partnership system is very satisfied.
