Abstract
Abstract As increase of the need for water, it is necessary to conduct research to identify the presence of groundwater. Groundwater is a very potential water source to meet human daily needs. Most of the people in Maccini Baji Village use springs and wells as water sources to meet their daily needs. The existence of groundwater can be known using the Wenner Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method. In this study, the acquisition of 2 passes with a space of 5 meters per electrode was carried out. From the results of the study, 3 layers were obtained that constituted the study area, namely slate material (19 Ωm - 89.7 Ωm), alluvium deposits (2.43 Ωm - 19 Ωm) and limestone (20 Ωm - 50 Ωm). The aquifer as a place where groundwater is found in the second layer (alluvium deposits) and accumulates in the northeastern part of the study area at a depth varying from 0-18 meters. Types of aquifers found in the research area.
