Abstract
Human Platelet Antigen (HPA) is a form of immunogenic polymorphism of platelet membrane glycoproteins. Human Platelet Antigen can cause platelet alloimmunization response will be clinical manifestations of immune thrombocytopenia, such as Fetal Neonatal Allo-immune Thrombocytopenia (FNAIT), Post Transfusion Purpura (PTP), and Platelet Transfusion Refractory (PTR), Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP). The aim of this study to research on seroprevalence (genotype and frequency) of Human Platelet Antigen (HPA) in Patients with Non-Immune and immune Thrombocytopenic.
