## Abstract
Objective: This study aims to determine differences in levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor- (TNF-) in pregnant women with preeclampsia in the Bugis, Makassar, Mandar, and Toraja tribes so that they can be used as a basis for initial consideration to detect tribal variations as a risk factor for preeclampsia (PE).
