Q4Abstract
Implementing Lean Six Sigma increases productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing and service sectors. To date, there has been no research focusing on the development of a real-time e-procurement monitoring system in the supply chain with the aim of improving operational reliability in terms of material availability and effectiveness in the use of materials in company operations. The Lean Six Sigma DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) methodology was utilized to conduct this study. This study aims to define the issue, quantify the factors influencing the procurement section's performance, and investigate its potential causes. Then, a tool is developed to improve the procurement procedure. The success rate of the developed procurement management tool will be determined by implementing and validating the program design.
